Post-Plating Reduces Costs
KC Jones zinc alloys create ductile coatings that allow a full range of post-plate forming operations, greatly reducing customer manufacturing costs. Among these are bending, crimping, and flaring processes not possible with conventional plated or painted finishes. Unlike barrel processing, which often damages zinc coatings, the KC Jones automated rack line delivers consistently unblemished products.

Accepts All Colors
This environmentally safe, cost-effective alternative to cadmium and cyanide zinc accepts a full range of chromate colors for final finishes. These include blue-bright, yellow, olive, and green, plus a true black, without the need for silver. For greater corrosion protection, silicate sealants, oils, acrylic lacquers, copolymer resins, and organic coatings also are applicable.

Custom Formulations
Versatility is the key to our engineered zinc alloy processes. Depending on performance needs, deposits can include varying levels of corrosion protection. The customer provides the specifications and we deliver the finished product -- on time, economically, and with exacting precision.
